How PDF import works
Step by step, from PDF to Google Calendar.
Upload your PDF
Drag the PDF onto the upload screen, or tap to select it from your files. PDFs up to 20MB are supported — multi-page documents included.
AI reads the document
KalendarKid sends the PDF to Claude AI, which reads the full document and extracts every date, time, event name, and location it finds. This takes about 15–30 seconds.
You review before anything is added
Every extracted event appears on a review screen. Edit titles, fix dates, uncheck anything you don't want. Nothing is added to your calendar without your approval.
Choose your calendar
Select any Google Calendar you have access to — personal, family shared, a calendar for each kid. All confirmed events go there.
Add to Google Calendar
One click sends all confirmed events. You get Google Calendar reminders, the events appear on all your devices, and you can invite others automatically.
Access the import later
Your import history is saved. If you need to re-review or re-add events, they're available in your upload history for 7 days.
PDF types that work with KalendarKid
Also accepts photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC) — photograph any printed schedule.
