Stop typing your kids' schedules into Google Calendar
Forward the team email, snap a photo, or upload the PDF. KalendarKid finds every event, lets you review the details, and adds them all in one tap.

How it works
Three steps from any schedule to Google Calendar.
Forward, snap, or upload
Forward the coach's email to kidsync@outcome.work, snap a photo of the flyer, or upload the PDF. Even crumpled paper works.
Review the events
KalendarKid reads the document with AI and extracts every date. Review and edit before anything hits your calendar.
Add to Google Calendar
One click sends all confirmed events. Duplicates are caught automatically. Invite a co-parent with one tap.
Built for the schedules parents hate retyping

Frequently asked questions
What file types does KalendarKid accept?
Forwarded emails, PDFs, Word docs, and photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC). If a forwarded email links to a shared Google Doc or Sheet, KalendarKid follows the link and reads the schedule inside it. Photos of printed schedules work too, even if the photo isn't perfectly straight.
Does it work for sports schedules?
Yes. KalendarKid is built for exactly this — soccer seasons, swim meets, basketball rosters, dance recitals. Upload the team schedule and it extracts every game, practice, and event date.
Is my data safe?
Your files are stored for 7 days then deleted automatically. We never sell your data or use your documents to train AI models. See privacy policy.
Does it work with shared calendars?
Yes — you can choose any Google Calendar you have access to, including family shared calendars. You can also invite a co-parent or partner to every event directly from the review screen.
What if it misses an event or gets a date wrong?
Every event goes through a review screen before it's added. You can edit titles, dates, and times, or uncheck any event you don't want. Nothing is added without your approval.
How much does it cost?
Your first import is free. After that, Pro plans start at $1.99/month or $11.99/year. See pricing →
How does KalendarKid compare?
There's probably a schedule in your inbox right now.
Forward it, snap it, or upload it — reviewed and on your calendar in minutes.
