Fall ball · winter clinics · spring tryouts

The season came as a PDF. Again.

Forty games, a link nobody can open, and a group text with the field numbers. Forward it to forward@kalendarkid.com and the whole season comes back as a checklist — then one tap to your Google Calendar.

However the coach sent it.

Sports schedules arrive in worse shape than school ones. All four of these are one step for you.

LinkThe calendar link from your team appDrop in the schedule or subscribe link from TeamSnap, GameChanger, Sports Connect or LeagueApps — it follows the link and reads the season behind it.
Uploaded PDFThe league's master gridForty rows across eight divisions. It finds your team's line and skips the rest.

The parts that break every other calendar

DoubleheadersOne line on the sheet, two games on your Saturday. Split, with the gap in between left alone.
TournamentsPool play Saturday, brackets Sunday, times TBD. Held as a date range until the real times land.
Two kids, two divisionsSame league PDF, different age groups. Import once per kid and each gets their own color.
Field numbers“Rossi #3” is a location, not a note. It rides along so your maps app can find it.

What sports parents ask

My team uses GameChanger. Does this replace it?

No — keep it. GameChanger is for scores, stats and streaming during the game. KalendarKid is for getting the season onto the calendar your family actually checks, so the non-baseball parent knows where to be.

Can it read the calendar link from my team app?

Yes. Send the schedule or subscribe link and it follows the link and reads the season behind it — same as it does with a Google Doc or Sheet. No login and no app to install.

What about the league PDF with every division on it?

Upload the whole thing. Every date comes back as a plain checklist, so you uncheck the divisions that aren't yours instead of flooding your calendar with 300 games.

The schedule changed. Do I have to start over?

Re-send the updated file or link. You review the new list before anything is added, and duplicates are caught — so you're not cleaning up two copies of the same season.

Can my co-parent see it?

Yes. Add the events to a shared family Google Calendar, or invite your co-parent to every event straight from the review screen.

What does it cost?

First 3 imports free. Then $1.99/month or $11.99/year — about one season of retyping. See pricing →

Next season's schedule is already in your inbox.

Forward it, snap it, or upload it — reviewed and on your calendar before the first practice.
