The service

KalendarKid converts schedule documents you provide — forwarded emails, PDFs, and photos — into Google Calendar events. Extraction uses AI and every event passes through your review before anything is created; you are responsible for confirming dates and times before adding them to your calendar.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan includes one schedule import.
• KalendarKid Pro is $1.99/month or $11.99/year for unlimited imports. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Prices may change — existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email.

Cancellation policy

Cancel anytime from your dashboard via Manage subscription (or by emailing us). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and you will not be charged again. No cancellation fees.

Refund and dispute policy

If KalendarKid isn't working for you, email kidsync-support@kalendarkid.com within 14 days of a chargeand we'll refund that payment in full — no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing it with your card issuer; we resolve billing issues quickly.

Promotions

If we offer a discount, trial, or other promotion, its specific terms (duration, eligibility, and price after the promotional period) are stated where the promotion is presented. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per customer, cannot be combined, and convert to the standard price when they end.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no uploading unlawful content, no attempting to disrupt or overload the system, and no forwarding email you don't have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. KalendarKid is intended for adults; it is not directed at children under 13.

Legal restrictions

KalendarKid is a digital service — nothing is shipped. You may use it only where doing so is lawful, and you agree to comply with applicable U.S. laws, including sanctions and export regulations.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is." AI extraction can make mistakes — that's why every import includes a review step. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outcome Work, LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
